For example, on a site that publishes advertisements on the site, users may pay to not see the advertisements.

2. In my opinion, the plan can be created with different features. For example, access to payment features on the site such as premium, gold, silver and a monthly payment for each plan can be given. (just thought of this now, it might be a bit confusing)

Install davwheat/ads, create a special permission group that doesn't see the ads. You can do so by allowing that group to bypass ads (right @davwheat ?).

Install Payments, configure pay to access with that group. Pay to access allows single payments or subscriptions to be granted a specific group.
