GIFs - minor bug with loading powered by-image

Hi,
There is a minor error with the extension Gifs. It doesnt cause an error for the user but is visible in the console as the small image in the right corner which would show powered by Tenor or Giphy is not visible; perhaps due to how images are served.

That's odd. Seems that the extension is correctly publishing that file, so this seems like a bug with our stack that it doesn't upload the file like it is supposed to.

We will dive into this and get it resolved, thanks for discovering and reporting 👍️
