The number of jobs is compatible with the number of connected users, yes. It actually worked fine for a while but then it started taking 15+ seconds per job (as in the logs above) delaying everything else. I didn't change anything in the configuration though.

Hi! I'm back after a few months of not using the extension. Unfortunately I'm seeing the exact same issue of last time...

I enabled the extension, it worked ok for like half an hour and now it's taking at least 15 seconds per job. Which is not ok since it takes minutes to go through all of them and it delays everything else.

0.2.8-beta.4 tagged, changes implemented for 0.2.8 so far:

added support for flarum/subscriptions and fof/follow-tags
started work in simplifying the Realtime extender for easier configuration
added validation of settings to prevent crashes in daemon or on the community during use
dropped hardcoded values for Blomstra managed Flarum stack
reduced noise of discussions popping into the side pane constantly when viewing discussions for volatile communities

0.2.8 will soon be released, this beta however is already safe to use.
0.2.8 will probably be made available as a very cheap, one-time payed premium extension or as an open source one.

implements a better way of handling highly volatile communities; instead of pushing discussions to the top constantly, updates are temporarily held back and released at intervals.

This release also marks the discovery of the root cause for the massive bell count issue. This has been fixed in Flarum core and will be resolved when a new release for core is released.
